KDFY vacuum assisted trailer mobile pump stationIt is mainly composed of trailer, diesel engine, coupling, pump head, impeller, rear cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water inlet valve, inlet and outlet pipes, rain cover, vacuum auxiliary pump, etc. The structure of the pump is shown in the above figure. The working principle of the pump: There is a liquid storage chamber inside the pump body, which is connected to the reflux hole above The circulation hole below is connected to the working chamber of the pump, forming an axial reflux external hybrid system of the pump. After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid is stored in the pump chamber. When the pump starts, the stored liquid in the pump is ejected upwards with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, forming a certain degree of vacuum inside the pump and achieving self-priming.
